Primary Responsibilities:Preparation and review of individual income tax returns including multi-state filingsPreparation and review of gift, trust, partnership, corporation, and private foundation tax returnsPreparation of quarterly income tax projections, estimated taxes and extensionsAssist in various services to high-net-worth individuals, including mortgage applications, insurance matters, RMD analysis and cash flow projectionsRespond to tax notices and assist with tax auditsAbility to research tax issues and apply practical tax analysisPrepare detailed, comprehensible workpapersFamiliar with foreign tax filings including FBAR, PFICS, QEF elections etc.Other duties as assignedIdeal Candidate Profile:
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA or Enrolled Agent3+ years of income tax preparation and review experience for high-net-worth individualsProficient with Proseries, BNA Income Tax Planner, QuickBooks, online tax research software and Microsoft OfficeAdvanced analytical and tax technical skillsMust be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage workflow, multiple priorities and meet deadlinesMust be able to work weekends during "busy" seasonStrong verbal and written communication skills - you must clearly communicate with the internal team at all levels and with clientsBe a strong team player, providing superior service for all that we do, taking complete ownership of even the smallest taskMust accept and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environmentCompany Overview:
