Perform as a leader on the teamFunction as Program Manager in the absence of the Program Manager, as Deputy Program Manager at all other times
Liaise with gov't officialsMotivate, oversee, and guide teamSubmit required contract-level reports
Prepare Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTA); System of Records Notices (SORN); Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA); and Privacy Act (PA) statements to analyze new or proposed changes to existing technology, sharing agreements, and programs to identify privacy risks and provide possible mitigation strategiesPerform assessments and analyses of projects and studies that require analysis of interrelated issues such as legal compliance, policy compliance, and regulatory complianceGather all relevant information concerning systems collecting personally identifiable information by program offices to determine which compliance documentation is requiredCoordinate efforts of program offices, project managers, and staff to complete privacy-related assessments, analyses, and other related projectsParticipate in review meetings and analyze documents and other materials during the privacy compliance reviewsDraft and edit documentation such as project plans, reports, analyses, and other types of documentationQualifications / Requirements:
Masters Degree requiredMinimum 10 years of experienceWorks independently and may oversee efforts of junior staffPTA, PIA, SORN knowledge/experience requiredCIPP, CIPP/G or other designation from the International Institute of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) preferredMust be able to meet all security eligibility requirements set by DHS (Public Trust)Experience with the following:
Serving in a leadership positionGovernment contractingContractor / gov't client communicationsPrevious performance as a Project ManagerThis position requires US Citizenship
