Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot and resolve printer issues, including installation, configuration, and repairSupport meeting room technology, including video conferencing equipment and presentation systemsInstall, configure, and maintain print servers and printersManage print queues and resolve print-related issuesCollaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless supportDocument incident resolutions and maintain accurate recordsStay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technologyCapable to train the other engineers on Image deploymentTroubleshoot the issues and help the other engineersPrepare knowledge Base documents related to image deploymentsAct as a Single Point of Contact for the Project Management for overall deployment status/challengesRequirements :
5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Field ServicesKnowledge on SCCM and Intune Server operationsStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardwareExperience with printer troubleshooting and repairFamiliarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesSpecialized Skills:Print server managementPrinter troubleshooting and repairActive Directory and Exchange
