Job Description:Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.Experience creating collections, packages, applications within SCCMShould have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012Experience in installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012.In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Windows devicesMust have excellent competency with SCCM, WSUS and other patching tools.Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users and co-workers.Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handlingKnowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.Good experience in customer/partner/technical service related rolesWindows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experienceApple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experienceEnsure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.Application Packaging and Re-packaging servicesMSIX based application packages for new appsProvisioning and De-provisioningAutopilot based device Provisioning
