The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective management of accounting staff. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Audit Management:
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.Financial Controls:
Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce risks.System Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement accounting software solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Public Accounting ExperienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Skills:
Leadership and team management.Attention to detail and accuracy.Time management and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
