About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead our Ecommerce website strategy and execution, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to align product roadmap efforts with business goals.
What you'll be doing:Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, site speed, and overall performance.Develop and execute strategies to optimize site performance across a portfolio of websitesTranslate data needs into actionable roadmaps to enable data-driven decision-making.Lead teams to implement product enhancements and features.Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement areas and prioritize the product roadmap.Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies and tools.Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior managementDefine and track KPIs to measure product success.Own product launch and post-launch activities, including monitoring, analysis, and improvement recommendations.Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience3+ years of product management experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineeringProficiency in marketing stack/analytics toolsWe are looking for a driven and innovative individual with a strong background in product management and a track record of success in driving resultsFluent in marketing stack/analytics toolsWhat we are looking for:

or equivalent practical experienceProduct Strategy3+ years
of experience in a Product Management role preferably in E-Commerce, SaaS, or Health & Wellness industriesStrong financial modeling skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to communicate effectively

and the ability to influence senior leadershipPassion for the company's mission
and a strong work ethic
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
