Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Slate CRM system for Undergraduate Admission and Graduate and Adult Admission. A major function of the position will be placed on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) daily activity, event management and communications, and managing the flow of information into the Ellucian Banner database, with a focus on optimizing operational effectiveness and user conversions. The Assistant Director will also work closely with the Director of Admissions Operations to ensure application processing, communications, mailings, and the Slate system are functioning efficiently.
Essential DutiesAssist in managing the day-to-day operations in the Admissions CRM (Slate)Identify and assist with CRM operational and technical improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.Manage application material processing in SlateImplements, maintains and monitors on-line products including admission applications, event registration forms, inquiry forms, student status portals and landing pagesSupport Admissions Operations functions such as the call center, Admissions mailings, etc.Secondary Responsibilities
Assist Enrollment Management staff as neededManage special projects and/or serve on committees as neededPerform other related duties as assigned# of Direct Reports0
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience using Technolutions Slate CRMPrevious experience using Ellucian's BANNERExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience working in higher education or a related fieldKnowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle UniversityPreferred Qualifications
Capable of undertaking complex admissions responsibilities with minimal directionStrong customer service orientation and experience in developing recruiting and communication strategiesPhysical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
Evening and weekend work will be necessary during peak times
