Greystone Tech is a growing, cross-functional team of product experts, engineers, designers, underwriters, and financial experts. We are seeking an agile and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our growing team and help orchestrate our ambitious product roadmap. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our commercial real estate while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

This is an in-person role. You are expected to work from our New York City office 4 days a week with 1 day optionally remote.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Support software engineers and product team to implement features by gathering & clarifying requirements, getting stakeholder buy-in, scoping & facilitating technical discussions, and enabling engineers to better understand users and the businessDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to engineering and stakeholder teamsFacilitate problem-solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in trade-offs between speed, scalability, quality, and wider business deadlinesDefine, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizationDemonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management, and user supportSupport the establishment and maintenance of product planningDevelop and execute strategies for proactive user support and issue resolutionCollaborate with engineers to create UX flows, wireframes, and product designsExperience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

2+ years of product management at a technology-based company or in a technical environment at a finance or real estate-focused firmExperience in real estate or prop-tech is a bonus but not a strict requirementExperience managing and delivering technology features from inception to productionFluent in agile methodologies, lean practices, and the Software Development LifecycleExperience with at least one data query language (i.e. SQL), statistics, and product analyticsExperience in Jira, Trello, Figma, and/or similar industry toolsExperience defining, developing, and owning product roadmaps, including qualifying anticipated development value with qualitative and/or quantitative dataProven record of delivering impactful product demonstrationsDetail orientedPassion for driving product vision, and guiding teams toward key milestonesA sense of humor and empathy will go a long way with the good people on this team

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the qualifications of the hired candidates at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
