Services include lease administration; legal document preparation; project management; comprehensive inspection; billing, collection, and accounting; and tenant insurance compliance.About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-oriented, motivated Account/Project Manager who possesses strong writing, verbal communication, and observational skills, has a background in account/project management, property management and/or commercial leasing, and is able to independently balance and manage several tasks and priorities.The position will be based in our Boston, Massachusetts office and will require regular site visits throughout the Greater Boston area and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be expected to work from the field or at the Boston office at least three days per week.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Account/Project Manager will be responsible for compliance and performance of a portfolio of tenants and related uses. Responsibilities and tasks include:Ensure tenant compliance with license/lease agreements.Conduct operational and safety inspections in a public environment.Liaise with tenants through the preparation of correspondence for agency officials and in-person meetings with transit-oriented retailers, area businesses, and local municipalities and their representatives.Facilitate prompt resolution in assisting tenants with informational and compliance issues as they pertain to their occupancy agreements.Draft tenant correspondence and internal memoranda.Assist with rent collections, and oversee tenant insurance compliance.Assist with tenant build-out requirements and ongoing operational issues throughout the tenant’s lease term.Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in real estate, account/project management, property management, and/or leasing.Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong writing and reading comprehension skills.Knowledge of real estate leasing terms.Experience with public agencies is a plus.At Greystone, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
