Greystone is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor who will report to the Director of Internal Audit. We offer a hybrid work opportunity.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and perform financial, operational and compliance auditsFlowchart business processes and document key controlsPrepare workpapers in accordance with applicable standards to support conclusions and to facilitate supervisory reviewPerform audit tests as assigned to complete audits in a timely mannerIdentify the root causes of control failures and recommend corrective actionsProvide oral and written reports clearly summarizing the scope of work performed and the resultant findingsPerform follow up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues and remediation effortsWork with business units to review, design, and implement improvements to existing controlsWork across the organization with colleagues on projects focused on streamlining operationsExperience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in AccountingMinimum of 3 years of audit experience in financial servicesCPA/CIA/CFA preferredStrong knowledge of process documentation and manual/automated internal controlsExcellent analytical skills and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethics, flexible and adaptable to ever-changing environmentAbility to travel as necessary (up to 10%)

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
