Summary :We are seeking a Program Manager to manage and run our brick & mortar employee store. This role is responsible for the presentation of the in-store experience, implementing demo experiences and product fitment, connecting users to resources like user support, inventory management, and delivering a customer first store experience for employees and visitors alike.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage presentation, offerings, and in-store experience for Redmond, WA brick & mortar store.Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports and findingsAnalyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projectsConfer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and proceduresReview and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimatesDirect, review and approve product designs and changesConsult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications

Skills :

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.Strong background in retail and instore experiencesStrong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc...

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Looking for someone to run and manage, a physical brick and mortar store, in the Redmond office. Designed to sell and market swag.It has a small footprint, with a retail management component. Roughly 100 skews (type of product) of inventory - t shirts, tech, apparel, home goods, an example is "Bose headphones".

Purpose/Size of this team & where does this position fit within the team?

Candidate will not be managing a team, there is a dedicated IC in that role. They will be working with a community manager, design team, marketing manager, user support and design ops teams.

Candidate RequirementsMust-Have Skills

3-4 years Program Management/ Operations experienceBusiness and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodsInventory Management experience, strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Nice-to-have Skills

Strong background in retail and instore experiences

Degrees/Certifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.PMI or PMP certification preferred.
