Job Summary

Our industry-leading door and millwork company has an opportunity for an organized and dedicated Service Scheduler to join our team! Our long term, relationship-based customers are professional home builders in the Western Washington area. As the service scheduler, you will communicate to customers via online schedules, phone, email or text to coordinate our service technicians to complete requested services. If you enjoy taking care of customers and a fast pace, decision-oriented position in a stable business environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily hands on customer and department communication

• Work directly with the builder or homeowner to help them meet their service needs

• Manage the computerized and paper scheduling system

• Maintain a customer friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers

• Basic computer, typing and tenkey skills

• Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills

• Familiar with Western Washington map area

• Manage work calendar for two technicians

An employee will begin to earn and accrue PTO on the first day of employment and is eligible to use accrued PTO beginning on the 90th calendar day of employment. The amount of PTO earned is based on your length of employment as follows:

3rd - 5th Year - Usable after 2nd anniversary 13 Days

6th - 10th Year - Useable after 5th anniversary 15 Days

11th - 15th Year- Useable after 10th anniversary 18 Days

16th - 20th Year- Useable after the 15th anniversary 20 Days

20th plus Years Useable after 20th anniversary 22 Days

Salary Description

$22 - $26 hourly based on experience
