Summary: We are seeking a senior level Technical Program Managers (TPM) with experience working on IT Infrastructure initiatives, specifically focused on Networks, Network Architecture, and Network Engineering. Additionally, project experience with data center, cloud platforms and security initiatives, etc. is necessary.
This role has three areas of responsibilities: Technical Audit and Assessments. Project Management - Implementation / Integrator. Develop Process Improvements documentation and create new run books. Key Experience:
Technical Program Management expertise; PMP or ITIL Background in Network Engineering Knowledge of IT Infrastructure: Data Centers, Network systems, Public Cloud, Cyber Security, etc. Experience with Network protocols and devices Experience with distributed computing Ability to Travel 40% Internationally Responsibilities:
Technical Audits and Assessments
Lead delivery of vendor site Infrastructure Audits/Assessments of Partner sites globally including pre-audit, audit, assessment, travel to vendor site, vendor readiness reports, and ad hoc services. Network Security Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of network infrastructure to assess security posture, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with Meta's security policies and standards. Configuration Review: Review network device configurations, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment, to ensure proper implementation of security measures and required configuration.
Project Management - Implementation / Integrator
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases Solicit and document requirements to pointed implementation of new business processes, services, or engineering efforts across both the organization and the partner (Vendor) organizations within the company Document detailed technical requirements by engaging teams to capture clear functional design artifacts using techniques like use cases, data diagrams and process flow diagrams Develop and manage end-to-end project work plans and ensure on-time delivery. Workplans must include tasks for the organization and the vendor. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop test, pilot and deployment plans. Identify any issues and work to resolve in a timely manner. Implementation, and post implementation phases. Perform day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks, as well as risk management and change management on projects.

Work closely with vendor organizations to understand new initiatives, understand how they affect aspects of the program and/or other teams, and ensure these new initiatives are accounted for in existing processes Build service-level metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, propose strong technical cases for initiatives, and report on operations performance Find new efficiencies and process improvements in existing workflows while anticipating and mitigating potential problems Work with the organizations TPMs to support operational efficiencies and automation or tooling efforts. Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices, analyze problems and devise solutions to roadblocks and unique challenges across teams spanning dozens of cities and countries Create new processes / run books for vendors. Ensure clear, transparent flow of information to all cross-functional teams
Requirements
B.S in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience. Experience delivering technical projects from inception to delivery. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope. Clear communication. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies. Proficiency in network security tools, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing methodologies. Experience with PCoIP on public cloud, AWS, Virtual Desktop infrastructure; i.e., Citrix, VMware, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate findings effectively.
