Job Description:The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Responsibilities:
The exact project TBD (Will be working with a product team that works on reporting and privacy issues)Interacting directly with product team and engineers, running meetings, team check-ins, creating/giving presentations to leadership, HPM (newsletters), overseeing day-to-day operations of the projectCoordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management.Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization.Detail oriented and highly organized. Experience proactively developing solutions to operational issues.Must-have skills:
