As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee the HR department, lead employee relations, and drive strategic HR initiatives in support of the company's mission. Your role will include managing talent acquisition, payroll (via Paylocity), benefits administration, and compliance. We seek a professional with a proven track record in HR leadership who is detail-oriented and thrives in a high-energy environment.
Director of HR Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with company goalsOversee all HR operations, including payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and complianceEnsure efficient use of HRIS, ATS, and Google Suite for HR operations and reportingDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a positive work environmentServe as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational growth, workforce planning, and employee developmentImplement and manage performance review processes, employee engagement programs, and training initiativesDirector of HR Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldHRCI or SHRM CertificationMinimum of 5+ years in an HR leadership role and 7+ years in an HR generalist roleDemonstrated experience overseeing payroll functions; Paylocity experience preferredProficient in Google Suite, ATS, and HRIS systemsStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practicesBilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are beneficial.Prior experience in hospitality or food production environments.Director of HR Benefits:
