Human Resources Manager Job Summary:They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. A strong candidate would possess excellent project management skills, be comfortable with teamwork/collaboration, and be comfortable using various HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and Excel. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, Workers' Compensation, and ADA accommodations. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in driving business success through effective teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigationsLead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesOversee leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable lawsCoordinate workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work programsManage ADA accommodations process in collaboration with employees and managersDrive impactful HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesUtilize HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as neededFoster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departmentsProvide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders as a trusted business partnerDeliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven track record of successful project management and driving impactful HR initiativesProficiency in using HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other HR systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsExceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering resultsKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
