Job Summary/Basic Function
Admin Team Lead will work closely with the Admin Specialist. Admin Team Lead will help coordinate trainings, team building exercises, and help streamline processes for the Admin Team Staff.Admin Team Lead will also perform general clerical, secretarial and office duties using Microsoft Office applications. Student may also be responsible for reading exams to students, making deliveries to on-campus departments, and interacting with faculty and staff. Individual will generally assist students with academic accommodations.
DSC encourages student workers to pursue their education and is flexible with school schedules.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Microsoft Office Suite ProficientHigh School Diploma or EquivalentStrong organization and communication skills

Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work.
Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision.Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading., Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position.None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
