The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to senior bankers as well as coordinating the Washington DC office daily administrative needs.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing office functioning and organization, provisioning office and kitchen supplies, managing vendors, interfacing with building management (visitor passes, employee ID's, etc.) This also includes maintenance and real estate needs.Managing calendars and schedules (working in the email inbox and Outlook calendar)Coordinating and scheduling complex domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodationsCoordinating internal and external meetings including cateringPreparing, formatting, and proofreading critical correspondences, agreements, and PowerPoint presentations. Researching and entering M&A activity in CRM system and databases.Welcoming and accommodating guestsPreparing and processing expense reportsGeneral administrative dutiesIdeal candidates have at least 2-3 years office experience supporting managers and/or executives in a fast paced and time sensitive environment. Other qualifications include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar and Contacts)Ability to interact with high-level executives and clientsHighly organized, detail-oriented and accurateAbility to anticipate, prioritize and multi-task in a service-oriented environmentSuperior time management skillsAbility to work independently and with teamExperience in handling sensitive and confidential informationCollege degree preferableCompensation & Benefits:
