Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by the executive.Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.Assist the executive in managing various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support as required.Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, ensuring trust and confidence in the executive's office.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role, supporting executives or senior management.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.Job Overview
