Who We Want
The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations of compensation, benefits, and other Total Rewards programs. The Total Rewards Analyst will also support building Total Reward functions in HRIS during system conversion. This role involves analyzing data, benchmarking compensation, and helping to ensure that total rewards programs align with the company's strategic objectives and comply with legal regulations.
What To Expect
COMPENSATIONConduct market analysis of Carson jobs to determine and maintain competitive and fair pay levels through pricing tools and industry surveys.Support annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance, and salary modification during performance reviews.Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Assist in the ongoing development of salary structures and compensation guidelines.Support HRBP with salary pricing and mapping for Carson wholly owned offices.Compensation administration as necessary.HRIS CONVERSION AND CONFIGURATION
Build and maintain compensation structures, data dashboards, and other TR functions in HR systems as needed.Lead Position Management Process - Handling job requests, pricing, creating job in the system and update as needed.Work with Benefits Specialist to develop Total Rewards statements.DATA ANALYTICS/TALENT ANALYTICS
Collect, analyze, and interpret total rewards data through surveys and internal systems.Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes (Subject matter expert on HRIS reporting tool; Generates reports for all TR functions; Develops reports for TR team).Conduct comp/benefits audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.GENERAL
Support Benefits administration as needed, including enrollment administration, benefits carrier reporting, leave management, 401(k), compliance testing.Assist with compliance for federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.Assist in the development and communication of total rewards policies and procedures.Other work as necessary to support strategy and administration of compensation, benefits, and total reward programming.What You Need
Self-motivated professional who demonstrates initiative, flexibility, teamwork and a sense of urgency.Strong data management skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and to work with minimal supervision.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.Able to maintain confidentiality of compensation and benefits information and escalate issues when appropriate for proper and efficient management.Intrinsic and intentional customer service skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Human Resources field or related field required.2-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.Background in job pricing tools and salary survey administration is preferred.Experience administering compensation and benefits programs in HR systemsSHRM-CP or PHR certification or desire to complete certification is preferred.
