Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnership and Alliance Manager to drive new partnerships with upstream and downstream enterprises, industry consultants, and research analysts for our new and existing technology products at eClerx. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing partnerships and alliance teams in the US and European markets, particularly for startups or mid-sized organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the technology product landscape.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and expand the reach of our technology products.Identify and establish relationships with key upstream and downstream enterprises, industry consultants, and research analysts.Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to align partnership goals with business objectives.Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with company goals.Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value creation.Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships.Identify opportunities for new partnerships and alliances to drive innovation and growth.Act as a liaison between eClerx and its partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies.Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably within the technology sector.Proven experience managing partnerships and alliance teams in the US and European markets for startups or mid-sized companies.Strong understanding of the technology product landscape and market dynamics.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency with CRM software and partnership management tools.Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Skills and Attributes

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$150K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
