A local Freight Broker company is in need of a Customer Service Dispatcher and PrideStaff is seeking to fill the position. This is a temporary position that could lead to a permanent position with opportunities for growth. Candidates must have previous experience as a freight broker to be considered.
Pay $30.00-$35.00 Per HourShift/hours Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pmSUMMARY:
To provide excellent customer service to carriers, customers, vendors and alike via telephone, email and in person. To assist in any and all areas as directed by management which includes but is not limited to: Answer all incoming phone calls assisting with questions pertaining to billing, dispatch, rate quotes, tracking, etc. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable which includes customer billing and carrier invoices. Process incoming mail and distribute accordingly. Process outgoing mail. Assist management when needed
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma.
Previous customer service and dispatch experience required. Knowledge of small business functions.
