Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Sales PM to join our team. As a Commercial Sales PM you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:Oversee commercial sales projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and contractors to ensure project alignment.Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage procurement.Lead sales teams, track progress, and ensure adherence to project parameters.Monitor project advancement, troubleshoot challenges, and uphold quality assurance.Manage project budgets meticulously and maintain accurate project records.Foster clear communication among clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Remain updated on industry trends and implement best practices effectively.Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial sales.Familiarity with sales processes, market dynamics, and client relationship management.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication proficiencies.Profound competency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, capable of autonomous work, and open to occasional travel.
