Under the direction of the Vice President of Facilities Management, you will:

Oversee one hybrid analyst responsible for all facilities data collection, processing, analysis and reporting of high-quality contracting, asset and life cycle cost dataLead the team to provide oversight and management of Facilities Management contracts, budget guidance and sustainability reportingWork closely with facilities leadership, property managers and engineers across the portfolioProvide overall business management oversightDevelop and implement strategies to optimize reportingWork with partner program areas like Procurement; Workplace Strategy, Design & Security; One Admin Planning, Risk Management and FinanceIdentify and implement improvements on facilities intelligence gathering and recording processes, leveraging your knowledge of data analysis as well as your understanding of contract management and budgetsBe part of a next-generation facilities management team that embraces technology for managing facilities!New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.
