DESCRIPTION

Price Industries Inc.is on the search for an ERP Engineer for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA. You will beresponsible for the development, customization, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role works closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to ensure the ERP platform aligns with the organization's goals and operates efficiently. The ERP Engineer will be tasked with designing solutions to enhance business processes, ensuring data integrity, license management and troubleshooting system issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Development & Customization :

Collaborate with the dedicated development and customization team to provide input on ERP system requirements and enhancements.Assist in testing and validating customizations and configurations to ensure they meet business needs and align with system specifications.Act as a liaison between business users and the development team, ensuring that technical requirements are clearly communicated and that any issues with custom solutions are addressed promptly.

System Integration :

Define integration needs between ERP systems with other internal and external applications (e.g., CRM, E-commerce platforms).Ensure data flows between systems are accurate, optimized and within corporate security standards.Manage APIs and data interfaces between ERP and other software.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ERP system.Provide level 2 and 3 support to end-users and internal teams.Proactively monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed, while coordinating with other IT staff to maintain optimal ERP efficiency.

System Maintenance & Upgrades :

Collaborate with the dedicated system maintenance and upgrades team to ensure that all ERP updates, patches, and system changes are implemented efficiently.Provide support to the internal team by offering technical insights, testing new functionalities, and ensuring customizations are compatible with system upgrades.Assist in resolving any issues related to ERP performance or functionality post-upgrade, working closely with the maintenance team.Assist in smoke and regression testing

Data Management & Reporting:

Ensure data integrity across all ERP-related processes and maintain accurate records.Design and develop custom reports and dashboards for various business units.Perform regular audits of data and system performance to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Security & Compliance:

Coordinate with the organization's security and compliance teams to ensure that all ERP-related configurations and customizations adhere to established security protocols.Support internal and external audits by providing data and information related to ERP system integrity and user access.Ensure ERP user roles and permissions are managed effectively within organizational guidelines, assisting the security team with role-based access control when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years' experience.A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline.The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.The ability to work in a team environment.Strong communication skills.High attention to details.
