Title : Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Salary:
$72k-$105k (based on experience)+ $5K Sign on Bonus
Responsibilities :Develop and manage production schedules for DCI (Disassembly, Clean, and Inspect) activities based on customer order requirements, coordinating closely with mechanics and purchasing to ensure materials and resources are available to meet production goals and delivery deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding pre-release inspections, ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing timely updates as requested.Supervise shop personnel and manage external services required to complete DCI tasks.Collaborate with Sales to understand specific DCI requirements.Create detailed DCI work instructions as needed, including pulling relevant drawings to support the process.Communicate effectively with shop mechanics, project engineers, and customers to discuss the condition of components and pumps.Verify that all required paperwork and documentation are complete before releasing products from the shop.Engage in process improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, enhance production efficiency, and optimize delivery performance.Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering; relevant technical training or equivalent work experience will be considered.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, inspection, and assembly.Familiarity with Material Planning, Inventory Control, and Material Requirements Planning.Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities; must be a motivated team player and skilled in building relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.#InC1
