Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Hybrid - 3002 S. Priest Drive, Tempe AZ 85282
Job Summary
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and reporting on our marketing goals. With a deep understanding of Google Suite and a passion for data-driven insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This position works with multiple 3rd party database systems and would be ideal for a candidate who loves a challenge.
Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Developer, DOMO, Hubspot, and other reporting tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
Dashboard Development: Create and maintain visually appealing and informative dashboards to provide actionable insights into campaign performance.
Google Ads Management: Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
Guide team on PPC Campaign Creation: Develop and execute targeted PPC campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and social media.
Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
CRM Integration: Integrate marketing efforts with our CRM system to ensure seamless lead tracking and customer relationship management.
Meta Business Manager: Work in API and ads manager to optimize lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and CRM tools.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other relevant marketing platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo).
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
