Job Overview:

TMA is looking for a Marketing Analyst, Impact Strategy to join our agency. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Impact Strategy.

As the key data expert on the team, you will own all aspects of social media performance reporting, insights, and optimizations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, and others. Your work will be pivotal in shaping social strategies and ensuring that our campaigns meet and exceed objectives.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, translating performance data into actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts data analyst and social strategist, with a strong interest in how metrics and insights can elevate social media impact.Responsibilities:

Social Media Data & Analytics Ownership

Lead and own all analytics and reporting for the team, analyzing social data across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.Design and implement comprehensive performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social campaigns, establishing clear benchmarks and measurable goals.Use data to identify actionable insights, make real-time optimizations, and drive future social strategies.Work independently to troubleshoot and interpret social media data, presenting insights and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.Social Strategy & Execution Support

Use data insights to inform the creation of impactful, data-driven social strategies that align with brand goals and audience interests.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all social content is optimized according to insights and platform best practices.Build and manage content calendars with performance insights to guide the timing, format, and messaging of social posts.Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to maintain a competitive and relevant approach.Campaign Performance & Optimization

Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.Identify patterns and recommend content optimizations, ensuring our social efforts are continuously improved based on data.Work closely with internal teams to ensure social media campaigns are strategically sound, creatively compelling, and analytically driven.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in social media strategy and analytics, with a strong emphasis on data interpretation and reporting.Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights) is essential.Thorough understanding of key social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others, with the ability to translate data into performance-driven strategy.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights in a clear, actionable format.Self-starter with the ability to independently manage and execute data and analytics responsibilities without external support.
