Minimum of 3 years in sales management within the hotel industry, with full-service or branded hotel experience preferred.Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales processes.Oversee all hotel sales and marketing strategies, directing efforts to achieve budgeted revenue goals.Develop and execute plans to boost top-line revenues, ensuring monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.Serve as the hotel's ambassador, fostering partnerships and enhancing the hotel's visibility within the community.Provide regular updates on sales and catering revenue, participating actively in weekly yield meetings.
