Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Designing and managing the after school program and other school-related events.
2. Supervising all activities related to student registration, curriculum coordination and other school-related programs.
3. Creating and maintaining the Teacher schedule and School Calendar.
4. Utilizing school communications and social media to foster a school culture that promotes high academic achievement and intellectual engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and valid fingerprint clearanceEligible for hire in Texas Public SchoolsExperience in an educational environmentSound understanding of academic programs and approaches to learningExperience working with young students
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in program coordination or event planning is preferred. Together with a high level of educational attainment, a successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills in teaching ideas, texts, and concepts with precision and confidence. Critically, an applicant should possess a high GPA in his/her major, excellent recommendations and be open to new ideas in education.
