Summary:
As a Product Designer I, you'll partner with product managers and engineers to define and deliver new products and features that will impact millions of users. You'll drive UX development across the organization and push for the best experiences for our job seekers and employers.
Key Focuses:
Leading collaboration with product managers, engineers, and the design team to conceptualize and create innovative experiences for job seekers and employersTaking UX ownership of significant and complex product areas, designing sophisticated interactions and interfacesLeading design reviews and other team-wide design effortsElevating innovation through self-initiated and self-directed exploration projectsParticipating in user experience research and usability studiesIterating on designs after reviewing the learnings from research, A/B testing, and other qualitative methodsMinimum Qualifications:
Degree or experience in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or equivalent experienceTwo years of Product Design experienceStrong familiarity with design techniques such as storyboarding, information architecture, interaction models, user research, and wireframesExperience with Figma and FigJamExperience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Principle, Framer, code, or other prototyping toolsA design portfolio of your work with case studiesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working cross functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers quicklyUnderstanding of how motion design influences UI and interaction design4 years of Product Design experienceAs part of our team you'll enjoy:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-155,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
