Pay range:$136,698.00 - $218,712.00
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled, passionate and engaged nurse leader in Cardiac Telemetry. In this vital role, you will work closely with physicians and staff to deliver excellence across clinical, operational and financial services. Responsibilities will include you to lead the unit to attain the goals reflected in the balanced scorecard, will work as a team with other nursing leaders, and provide accountability for the unit while supporting the core values of the organization. This position reports to the Cardiac and Critical Care Service Line Director.
Our Cardiac Interventional Telemetry Unit is a 36-bed unit with MI, post cardiac interventional patients, TAVR, medical telemetry, dialysis, and oncology.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in nursing or related field. Master's degree preferred.Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required (may also be a Multi-State RN License from compact State).Health Care Provider CPR Certification is also required.ACLS required.Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience required.Minimum of 3 years prior managerial experience preferred.Why join Overlake?
