DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time:

Summer hours - 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Winter hours - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Summary:

Collaborate closely with the Manager of Construction, Branch Manager, and leadership team to achieve company goals. Interact effectively with staff at all levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism. Stay proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining confidentiality and a sense of urgency. Anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities, and provide creative solutions. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and computer proficiency. Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety. Mentor and support the project team to enhance their skills and performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service. Manage staff, fostering a positive, productive, and cohesive team environment in Minot.
