We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Merchandiser to lead the strategic and operational management of our DTC experiences to maximize online sales and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing site merchandising for multiple regions including the US, Mexico, and Canada for NordicTrack.com, ProForm.com and our iFIT subscription business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce merchandising, a strong analytical mindset, well-organized and the ability to lead and innovate within a dynamic environment.

Deliver on revenue targets by improving CVR through promotions, messaging & personalization strategies that speaks in our customers language and align with their fitness goalsEffectively communicate the impact of our connected fitness solution to achieve business goalsGrow and improve site merchandising strategies across Proform.com, NordicTrack.com and iFIT.com in US, Canada and Mexico.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day site merchandising operations, including promotions, product placement, content updates, product launches, page optimizations, cross sells, etcDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, increase engagement, and drive conversions.Tailor site merchandising and promotional strategies to cater to the unique preferences and behaviors of customers in the US, Mexico, and Canada.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.Coordinate with design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.Continuously refine and adjust site layouts, product categories, and search functionality based on performance data and customer feedback.Collaborate on a/b testing ideas to drive continued improvement in site engagement, conversion rate, and salesIncorporate analytics into the merchandising strategy to inform both strategic and operational decisions. Utilize site metrics, a/b testing, user feedback, consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis to drive effective decision-making.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to assess the impact of merchandising strategies and promotions and identify areas for improvementStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to drive effective merchandising strategies.Utilize competitive analysis and market research to inform product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.Own the creative brief process for projects by requesting assets, outlining requirements and managing delivery timelinesDevelop strong cross functional relationships with teams such as creative, product development, analytics, consumer insights, product merchants, media, marketing to support our entire business.Education and Basic Qualifications
5+ years of digital brand-focused experience (DTC or ecommerce preferred)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field preferredExperience with site merchandising strategy, execution in CMS, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tacticsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plusIntermediate level experience in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.Preferred Qualifications
