THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DISPATCHER
YOUR ROLE:
As our Dispatcher, you are at the forefront of providing our clients with exceptional customer service. You ensure that every incoming call is handled promptly and professionally, showcasing your positive attitude and active listening skills. Throughout the day, you diligently monitor the schedule, dispatch the right technician to each job, and follow up on completed calls to ensure client satisfaction. You also manage the service technicians' schedules, handle return trips, prepare invoices and timecards, resolve client concerns with clear communication, and maintain a professional image in every interaction. Your commitment to maintaining strong client relationships and upholding a professional image makes you an invaluable asset to the team.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of experience in industry-related dispatch or coordinationMicrosoft Word and Excel experienceServiceTitan or similar dispatch software experienceGeographical knowledge of the service area - map reading skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsSufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment with or without accommodationAbility to operate a personal computer and related equipmentAbility to sit for long periods
