About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land for development projects. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that all land acquisitions meet the company's strategic goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring land for master planned communities and real estate development projects.
Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in land acquisition and developmentStrong understanding of zoning and land use regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsExperience working with government officials and agenciesMarket analytical skillsStrong experience with Excel and WordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in acquiring land for master planned communitiesResponsibilities:
