Job Description:ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developersHands-on experience in integrations and Service Portal developmentWorking knowledge on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow versionExperience with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includesExperience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), Mid Server configurationExperience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal (CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap)Experience in working on Agile Kanban methodologyAbility to understand product/customer needs and convert into experiences within Agent Workspace, leveraging the full suite of workspace capabilitiesGood development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:7 + years of experience with relevant experience of at least 5 years in ServiceNow ITSM developmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.Lead role in at least one platform upgrade; familiar with upgrade process [technical and functional], risks & mitigation methods, day-of upgrade executionServe as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementationStrong project, product management, and business management experience
