This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our product aligns with our market needs and exceeds customer expectations.In this role you will:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with Kixie's business objectives and market opportunitiesRecruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricityUtilize prioritization frameworks to ensure that resources are allocated effectively, and product initiatives are aligned with strategic objectivesAdvocate for the needs of our users, ensuring that all product enhancements and new features drive customer satisfaction and business impactStay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and areas for growthOversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and feature definition to launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet quality, usability, and performance standardsUtilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, refine product features, and optimize the user experienceCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product launchesDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against business goalsWork closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processesRequirements7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products, preferably in the sales enablement or communication tools spaceSolid knowledge of database architecture to guide technical decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teamsStrong understanding of product development methodologiesExcellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisionsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiencesStrong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapesAbility to think strategically while being hands-on when needed to drive executionExperience with CRM platforms, sales tools, or integration technologies is a plusFamiliarity with CPaaS providers such as Plivo, Twilio, or similar services is a plusBenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryHealth insurance benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off, sick leave, and paid holidaysGreat Work-Life BalanceDynamic and Collaborative Work EnvironmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and a talented team
