Detailed JD:Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.Need at least 5+ Years of experience candidates and support L3 Level.ServiceNow experience required.At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related disciplineAt least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basisAt least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardwareMicrosoft Active Directory applicationsBusiness software applications, including Microsoft Office SuiteIT Service Management ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, preferredManufacturing environment, preferredImportant Notes:
Candidate needs to support 3 parker locations WOBURN, MA, Hudson, NH and Fairport, NYWoburn and Hudson are closed locations and customer will pay travel expense for Fairport. Travel to Fairport is expected 3 to 4 times a year.
