Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated Associate Attorneys with experience in family law to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of family law statutes and procedures and will focus on providing compassionate and effective representation to our clients.
Requirements:Licensed to practice in California1-7 years of experience in family lawStrong grasp of family law statutes and proceduresExperience in Parenting Plans, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreements & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of Parental Rights, Domestic Violence, and Orders of ProtectionLitigation experienceResponsibilities:
Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence casesDraft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreementsConduct legal research and analysisCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtsPreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency is a plusBenefits:
