Part-Time Clinician

NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a private non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a part time clinician for the Lofts and Safe Harbor programs located in Haverhill, MA.
The NFI Lofts and Safe Harbor programs serve young adults between the ages of 18-22 who are aging out of the DCF system of care. The Lofts is a 5-bedroom community living program for young adults who are transitioning to more independent living. Safe Harbor places young adults in their own community apartments, with the ultimate goal of helping them to secure permanent, long-term housing.
Clinician provides clinical support and oversight to both programs including screening, assessment, treatment plan implementation for young adults served. Clinician serves as a member of the administrative team and participates in the program on call rotation. Hours will be split across each program equally.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support screening of new referrals.Complete initial trauma assessment with all new intakes; support program staff with completion of additional assessments (i.e. substance use screening).Oversee development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.Provide clinical consultation and training to program staff.Facilitate implementation of trauma-informed treatment framework and clinical best practice.Act as a liaison with outside treatment providers (i.e. outpatient therapist and/or prescriber) and facilitate referrals to community providers as needed.Participate in treatment meetings and stakeholder meetings.Participate in the program 24 hour on-call support.Perform all duties in accordance with agency policies and procedures.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Completed Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.LMHC, LMFT, or LISCW eligible required. License preferred.Experience serving adolescents/young adults.Experience working with Department of Children & Families.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills required.
Pay Rate: $31.25/Hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
