Our two newest facilities are located in Dunwoody, Georgia What we are looking for in a Nursing Home Administrator: NANA Healthcare Management LLC is seeking highly skilled, Certified or Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our new long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a safe, caring, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Administrator: Oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure a high standard of care and safety for residents Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Manage and support staff, providing leadership and opportunities for professional development Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents' families to ensure open communication and resident satisfaction Create and oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure that quality care standards are met Supervise financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure a continuum of care for residents Resolve resident grievances and address barriers to effective care Oversee compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHO Minimum Qualifications for a Nursing Home Administrator: Active Certified (Licensed) Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification A minimum of 3 years’ experience in long-term care administration In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes Proven experience in managing facility operations and team leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to respond to emergencies and be accessible to the facility after hours, if needed Why Join NANA Healthcare Management LLC?
