Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and the highest standards of resident care.Develop, implement, and maintain effective policies and procedures in collaboration with the corporate office and community staff.Manage and support staff, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain a skilled, compassionate workforce.Ensure the financial health of the community by managing budgets, overseeing expenses, and finding efficiencies where possible.Foster a positive community atmosphere that enhances resident satisfaction and quality of life.Engage with families and residents, addressing concerns and providing information on community programs and services.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications: Active South Carolina LNHA License required.Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Administrator in long-term care, senior living, or a related healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations for skilled nursing facilities and/or assisted living.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.Exceptional organizational, financial management, and interpersonal skills.Passion for senior care and dedication to enhancing quality of life for residents.
