About the team + role
Robinhood is looking for a security-passionate, data and privacy-minded Senior Program Manager to work in the Security Program Management Office.
The Security PMO supports a breadth of large and complex security, privacy, and data governance programs and projects. This role will drive a significant portfolio of Security, Data Governance, and Privacy work.
You will serve as a security advocate for the Robinhood data ecosystem, working closely with both technical (Engineering, Security) and non-technical (Legal, Compliance) partners to establish designs, track projects, and quantify results for the team at Robinhood. You will not only support industry-vetted data governance, privacy, and security solutions, but be central to driving a long-term vision for security and data programs as the company evolves and grows.
In your support of the Data Governance Program, the Data Governance & Safety team works with teams across Robinhood to ensure our products and services protect user and business data by designing architectures, tools, and features that make Robinhood's data collection, storage and processing safe and secure throughout the data lifecycle.
Your work will ensure security, data governance, and privacy are foundational in everything we do at Robinhood.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
