About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic enablement leader to build our International Enablement team. This individual will lead the enablement team supporting Rippling's growth into international markets like EMEA, India and APAC and into Global EOR markets. This entails driving us from zero to one and then scaling from 1 to many in these areas. You will be responsible for identifying and codifying ideal sales processes, rolling out robust enablement programs that capture best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs), refining onboarding programs, and being responsive to regional go-to-market differences. This role requires a strong partnership with regional VPs of sales to ensure they have the necessary support to scale their sales efforts effectively.
What you will do
Lead and manage the International Enablement team focused on supporting Rippling's expansion into global markets (EMEA, India, APAC) as well as the Global EOR marketIdentify and codify ideal sales processes that drive go to market successDevelop and implement comprehensive enablement programs to establish best practices and SOPs across regionsAdapt to the unique go-to-market differences between EMEA, APAC, and India, and segment differences across SDR/AE/AM providing tailored support and strategiesCollaborate closely with regional VPs of sales to offer the necessary support for scaling sales efforts in their regionsCustomize onboarding paths for each region and segment to ensure new hires reach their ramp targets effectivelyOversee multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment and successful executionBuild and develop an international enablement team capable of scaling sales from dozens to hundreds of sellersWhat you will need
7+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement or a related field, with a experience in international markets a plus2+ years proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales or sales enablement teamsStrong understanding of how to scale go to market processes from individuals to large teams across diverse marketsExcellent go-to-market instincts and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environmentsExperience in creating and implementing effective enablement programs tailored to specific regional needsExceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneouslyStrong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with international sales leaders and stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through strategic enablement initiatives
