Guidewire Policy Center Upgrade Manager - Remote with Tavel

Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 5+ years in managing Guidewire projects.Minimum 3 years Guidewire Technical Lead experience with managing and mentoring junior and senior developers.Experience in Guidewire configuration or integration role in any Guidewire modules will be an add on.Demonstrable experience as a Guidewire lead of an Agile development team accountable for delivering and maintaining complex technical solutions.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance.Report and escalate to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
