Brief Description:
The Technical Project Manager has attention to detail, a sense of confidentiality and a desire for enabling continuous improvement. This position requires a high sense of accuracy, and operational standards through performance of operational process.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all vendors are delivering a quality product on-time, within scope, and within budget.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholder and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocations.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.Manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and communicate to management as needed.Perform risk management duties to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with partners and third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Requirements
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Project, Agile Project Management.Strong educational background, preferably with an automotive engineering or industrial manufacturing background.Bachelor's degree or higher with electrical, software or industrial engineering or in a related field.Vehicle/engineering background knowledge is required.Self-motivated and a great team worker.Bilingual in Mandarin or Korean is a plus.Willing to travel abroad as needed.Travel up to 15%.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for the position will be in the range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Qualified candidates will generally work a 40-hour work week.
