The IT Technical Program Manager III is Shared Services Program management function to help the business units and the Enterprise achieve the business strategy and goals. The IT Program Manager III and IPM define OKR's (Objectives, Key Results) in support of Enterprise and Portfolio strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Chair Backlog Team meetings including stakeholders both internal and external to the SBU. Facilitates meetings to a meaningful outcome using available lean toolsets such as WSJF and Tableau reporting/dashboards. Works closely with Agile Release Train (ART) leadership to enable sustainable pace within the portfolio. Establish Lean Portfolio Management framework and processes within IT Operations areas, aligning with development value stream portfolio processes as appropriate. Perform analysis and design by translating enterprise data requirements and developing portfolio reporting solutions that yield relevant business information in a user-friendly format by collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data. Ensures data accuracy. Oversee portfolio modeling and analysis of opportunities. Ensures all work has priority established and is within the capacity of the organization. Reports portfolio performance and achievement of key results to Senior Management. Oversee project stakeholder commitment in securing actualization of projected benefits. Ensures systems are in place to capture cost/benefit comparisons and report actual benefits relative to intended benefits over the long term. Maintain knowledge of internal and external practices related to project and portfolio management practices and frameworks, resource capacity planning and associated education and training programs. Supports enterprise-wide tools and processes to enable standard portfolio performance reporting. Support the operation project portfolio allocation and budget, monitoring and reporting variances monthly. Manage Stakeholder Relationships. Manage Development of the Project Plan. Working knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence processes and reporting/modeling tools (such as Tableau, Jira etc.) Extensive experience with computer applications. Of the twelve (12) years of experience requirement must have a successful track record of: Infrastructure & Network experience. Bringing in thought leadership to the infrastructure organization. Experience as facilitator and mentor of IT Infrastructure team. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required.
