An exciting opportunity exists at Barnes for a Project Administrator in our Maumee or Brecksville, OH locations. This individual must be a self-starter with an excellent attention to detail and ability to drive projects forward. The Project Administrator will oversee multiple projects from initiation through execution to completion. The Project Administrator will lead both internal and customer focused initiatives. Partnering with key accounts, the commercial team, engineering and operations to execute defined projects. This position will collaborate closely with stakeholders to confirm project objectives, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.Core Responsibilities:Execute project goals, ensuring appropriate deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.Establish priorities, and adjust schedules according to projectCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.In alignment with the Company Core Values and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, effectively working with peers and stakeholders to enhance the performance of the function while promoting and embracing the "One Team, One Company, One Barnes" philosophy.Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years working experience as a project coordinator or similar roleMinimum 3 years' experience working in distribution/manufacturing settingExperience working with an ERP systemProven track record of taking initiative and driving projects forwardMust be able to manage large data sets & perform analytics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Project Management SkillsExperience with principles of Gant chartSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Knowledge of project/project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Asna)Ability to understand technical product specifications.Strong communication skills, ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

Education Requirements:Bachelors in related field, (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.) preferred or equivalent work experience.
