A premier personal injury law firm in Southern California is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join them remotely from Riverside, CA! In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on important and meaningful cases, seeking justice for adults who were victimized as children. The firm is looking for candidates with at least 7 years of litigation experience and extensive experience conducting depositions. Salary Range:
$180,000 - $220,000 / year DOE
Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in Plaintiff Personal InjuryExtensive deposition experience (over 100 depositions)Proven trial preparation experience with at least 5 casesExperience in related fields such as Family Law, Employment Law, Claimants Workers Compensation, Med-Mal, Civil Litigation, or as a ProsecutorStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseloadExceptional empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive casesResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of complex personal injury casesConduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trialAttend and participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials (second chair)Collaborate with a team of Lead Attorneys, Paralegals, Litigation Assistants, and InvestigatorsProvide compassionate and professional support to clients throughout the legal processEngage with expert witnesses and handle detailed trial preparationsBenefits:
